Agrowing demand for water implies the need for an improved understanding of our resources, and the ability to manage that demand in an equitable and sustainable way. We use 25 percent of all groundwater extracted globally, ahead of the US and China.
As Indian Water-Intensive Industries are running out of water, they are investing in Wastewater Treatment & recycling, thereby reducing overall intake consumption. Industries have realized the need to conserve and treat water for continuity and smooth functioning of their businesses.
Fore-sighting this need of water and wastewater treatment, backed by the immense treasure of knowledge imparted to them by their Alma Mater UDCT Mumbai and IIM’s Ahmedabad and Calcutta, Mr. Parimal Pajankar and Mr. Ramesh Nakhwa came together and started an Engineering Marvel to cater to the needs of the industry and provide engineering solutions to the problems related to Water and Wastewater Treatment today known as Zen Engineering.
Zen Engineering was conceptualized to Design, Manufacture, Install and Commission Water and Wastewater
Treatment Equipment’s to a diverse segment of industries like Pharmaceuticals, Power, Tex tiles Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Mineral Water etc.
Zen Engineering brings a unique offering of Concept-to-Component in Water treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Recycle of Wastewater & Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) for industrial applications. It provides a complete solution for water and waste water management, thus helping in optimum use of water and reducing energy and power costs.
With a presence in more than 40+ countries, the company has executed more than 300 projects which are backed by integrating extensive process technologies
Waste water recovery can be done up to almost 95% depending on the quality of inlet waste water. Besides this recovered waste water can be as good or better than the raw water used. It can be used for boilers, cooling towers, toilets, floor washing, gardening etc. Clients generally do not prefer to use it for process. Costs of recovered waste water can be varying from Rs 18 to Rs 32 per cubic metre.
Zen Engineering differentiates itself from other players in the market by providing Cost Effective Equipment’s, minimizing operational chemicals and effective sludge management. It handles complex waste waters and provides effective treatment for them at economical rates.
Zen Engineering has two manufacturing facilities, located in Thane, Maharashtra. They have a highly proficient team of designers, engineers, site managers, fabricators and erectors, well equipped machines to provide products through GMP norms.
With a presence in more than 40+ countries, the company has executed more than 300 projects which are backed by integrating extensive process technologies, design, engineering, procurement and project management capability with single source responsibility.
