Additionally, innovative recirculation technology can reduce VOC emissions by 95 percent. The electrically heated EcoInCure oven system cures the car body from the inside, enabling zero-carbon production using green electricity and saving up to 50 percent of the energy compared to traditional gas-heated ovens. The length of the EcoInCure system can be reduced by almost half by using a transverse body transport method. Durr’s DXQ equipment analytics provides transparency and intelligence to paint shop processes.
