Automation is being increasingly adopted as an operational procedure over conventional techniques. As a developing nation, India is witnessing heavy demand in the construction industry, with a focus on architectural variances. Hydraulic sheet bending machine is widely used equipment in the metal bending procedure.
Basically, the people wanting to buy the machine have a better knowledge of the market, mainly attributed to the digital era. Therefore, a very large percent-age of the consumers are well aware of their requirements and the products the market has to offer. They require a durable machine, which is of superior quality and high tolerance output.
iPan is rapidly growing in the segment of metal bending machines through to its core R&D focused on identifying, analysing, and learning the evolving market trends. iPan is currently focused on adding minimal yet optimal automation to each of the machines as the consumer requirements.
Product Offerings
Mr. Ilesh Panchal, Managing Director of iPan machineries says, "We at iPan basically manufacture all sort of sheet metal forming machines. First is the Hydraulic shearing machine which is used in sheering of the raw metal. We also have bending machines, hydraulic punching machines, stamping machines, cell bending machines available in a wide variety of models.
Across all categories of machines we provide models including semi-automated, numerical controlled, and computerized numerical collect-oral models. And every time we upgrade our hydraulics, electrical, and automation technology, it’s a strategic effort to stay tuned to the market. Our customers have always felt our exclusiveness on the market as we stay a step ahead of our competition.”
Modern consumers have started depending on automated machines than on manpower for securing their productivity goals. The purchase of the machines has been influenced by the better quality of product components and the intent of the purchaser to automated operations. The market has expanded along with the evolving thought process of the end-users is an advantage for the industry.
Journey and Future Path
Ilesh adds, "iPan was established on 16th January 2011. We started the manufacturing of machines with a very less capacity in rented premises. In 2014, the company has bought its own premises with higher capacity and full-fledged manufacturing facility under one roof in order to ensure the achievement of our mission and vision. After 2014 the company faced a few hurdles in our journey till 2021 mainly due to the taxation changes, and international policy changes earlier and later due to the COVID 19 pandemic. In 2017, we had a fantastic year by exceeding our expectations and creating a revenue of 12Cr. We are on the path of achieving our financial target of 18Cr by end of this year. iPan has already brought a premise for its expansion for the differential product sector. We target to complete the landmark of 50Cr in the next five years.”
Make In India
Since the start of COVID 19 pandemic, the logistics market have tumbled down, as a result importing machines and equipment from other countries is a matter of concern. In the need of the hour, our Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave us the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative and the vision of developing technologies so that our business no longer to be dependent on international policies.
Upcoming Upgrades
We are constantly investing in our R & D department, always thriving to be a few step ahead of our competitors. We have already developed a new high tolerance back gauge control mechanism which has 5x more tolerance than competition and the upgrade comes at a very low cost than those provided by other manufacturers. This will help those customers who wants to buy an NC grade machine but have lower budget. We still have certain features in our machines which are minimal yet helpful to the customers which are not provided by other manufacturers. And as with time we will continue to develop macro and micro upgrades to our machines.
We have never ever compromised on our quality either it be the electrical switchgear, hydraulic power pack equipment or metals used in the machines.
