Anandharaju Muthusamy, further states that one of the initial challenges was identifying the untapped potential within the coir industry. Understanding this, he recognized numerous opportunities beyond agriculture, such as coir mats, coir mattings, coir wood, coir geo-textiles, coir garden articles, coir ropes, coir handicrafts and coco lawn which many are unaware of. Today, the company has been actively developing innovative products to diversify its offerings. During his time in Singapore, Anandharaju observed that governments worldwide were promoting agricultural schemes, emphasizing the use of locally manufactured agricultural products due to limited arable land. This drove the need for soil alternatives, and he saw the potential for coir-based products to flourish in this context.
