Despite the recent price hike of apparels, the turn over for the industry has not faced major set backs. Over centuries of fashion revolutions, denim wears have seeped into almost every wardrobe for being comfortable, fashionably flexible and durable. The consumers always look for new fashion trends coupled with the comfort of quality fabrics. The availability of denim wears in vogue is another major desideratum among the customers.

Now we are exporting to around 20 countries and around 75 percent of our production. Also, we are nominated supplier for global brands within short span of time”.
Quality Assurance
Ultra Denim functions as a comprehensive producer of a variety of denim fabrics and outfits
by infusing ever-evolving style into their production. It provides cotton, lycra and stretch denim textile of all sorts from 4.50 Oz to 14.00 Oz. Ultra Denim is one of the few companies that supply both fabric and finish denim products to the consumer base of all kinds, from wholesale dealers to retail customers. When it comes to sustain-ability measures, Ultra Denim has Roof Top solar power Project of capacity 1317 Kw. which helped to reduce carbon emission by nine percent.
In view of chemical usage, Ultra Denim is using only ZDHC level-3 and GOTS certified chemicals to boost the concept of GTW (Green to wear).
Steam is an integral part of Textiles Industry where coal is consumed as major way, to optimize the consumption of coal, Ultra Denim doing periodical audits by Steam Engineering experts (i.e. Forbes Marshall) and installed special equipment’s for higher condensate recovery.
Ultra Denim is situated in Gujarat Eco Textiles Park which is facilitated with CETP. So, it is using recycled water. Textiles washing process consumes lot of water. To optimize the consumption, Ultra Denim has installed Ultrasonic sys-tem in wash boxes.
Coming from non-textile background, we were very new to this industry. Still, we have achieved good growth till now. We had started with 25k production and reached 75k production within two years of span in fabric
Ultra Denim started off with the objective to create low carbon footprint. To run eco-friendly and sustainable means of production, it uses bypass looming system to monitor air consumption, energy-saving machineries and envi-ronment-friendly dye. Ultra Denim has deployed a team of efficient technicians who use technologically advanced ma-chinery.
All its products are tested for AATCC, ASTM and ISO standards for a wide range of attributes. The parameters of testing comprises stability, distortion, skew, stretch ability, tensile strength, ph, colour, shrinkage, GSM, pilling abrasion, perspiration and wash fastness and consistency.
Ultra Denim have certificate of OEKO-TEX, GOTS, OCS, GRS, BCI, DETOX and SEDEX.
Future Roadmap
Speaking about the expansion plans of the company, Patel concludes, “We will be doing couple of expansion in upcoming years like adding backward integration of spinning unit. For more sustainability, we are going to install four mega watt solar plant. Also, we are going to increase our current garment production capacity of 5,000 units per day to 10,000 units per day”.
