Swastik’s manufacturing size range is from M1.6 to M8 in machine screws and #2 to #14 in Self Tapping Screws with Length up to 75mm in MS, SS & Hi-tensile material. Apart from the regular types of screws such as Pan head, Cheese head, Flat head etc, Swastik is making special screws which are newly getting adapted in the industry such as Trilobular screws, Hexolobular Screws, PT thread screws etc. Swastik has latest high speed cold forging machines for making screws and rivets. The firm also has a special 4 station Cold forging machine with a capacity of upto M8 and length upto 75mm.
This machine enables Swastik in making special components for Automotive industries. For Hi-Tensile bolts & screws, Swastik has in-house 2 Furnaces - Mess belt continuous furnace for through hardening and Rotary Furnace for Case Hardening of self-tapping screws. Swastik’s Quality department houses all the equipments for inspection purpose such as Profile Projector, Microns Thickness tester, Digital Vernier, Digital Micrometer, Rockwell hardness tester, Torque testers, and SST chamber etc.
