Marking its presence in the Indian glass packaging industry in 1992, SNG now has its own in-house quality control department under the strict supervision of a highly efficient and skilled team. The company understands the importance of primary packaging, particularly for parenteral drugs and their technologically upgraded facility ensures production compliant to cGMP standard and US FDA and other regulatory agencies.
Quality Assurance & Infrastructure
SNG has installed 40 ampoule making machines and 22 vial making machines with an installed capacity to manufacture 650 million units of glass ampoules and 300 million units of glass vials per annum.
The end products are examined in ISO 8 and 7 clean room spread over an area of 11,000 Sq. Ft. with three micron filters. The vials are put under camera inspection to detect physical and cosmetic defect to ensure complete customer satisfaction and near zero defects.
Shree Naina provides a comprehensive range of USP type 1 glass ampoules with filling capacities from 1ml to 25 ml in flint and amber colour with highest quality standards. Their tubular glass vials have the filling capacity from 1 ml to 100 ml with the same textures as the glass ampoules. Both the vials and ampoules are produced as per ISO standard 8362-1 and can be customized according to the specified consumer needs with the help of their in-house design team.

Future Roadmap
