Pee Gee’s technologically advanced manufacturing unit is set up over an area of 40,000 square yards. They have looms comprising Sulzer Rapiers, Tsudakoma water jets and Somet jacquards. Along with this, the facility is equipped with West Point Corduroy machines for polyester, Asia Kingdom Jet Dyeing and TMT (Italy) Kier Decatizing. Gurpreet Singh, Director of Pee Gee Fabrics adds, “60-70 percent of our raw materials are imported. We use Swiss ink. All our finishing and colour chemicals are imported from Germany. The machinery we purchase is European and Italian machines. Some of them are Korean and Japanese. Every day is an opportunity for us to create something new.
