PPSF is used in Polypropylene air filters, water filters, and other industrial fabric. The Polypropylene Staple Fibres manufactured at Nirmal offers superior features due to its lowest specific gravity resulting in better relative coverage, high dimensional stability, with excellent recovery properties namely elasticity and resilience, low thermal conductivity, lowest static charge and inertness to chemicals. Since the company uses high-quality polypropylene resin to make fibres, the quality is perfectly suitable for filter applications. The company has a manufacturing capacity of around six million meters in length per year. It is known to produce PVC coated leather fabric as per the requirement of customers, be it shade, embossing pattern and print with the fabric thick-ness between 0.6mm to 3mm. Also, Nirmal Fibres manufactures PU Foam Moulding where synthetic leather is vacuum moulded and filled with PU foam to make a composite seat, which is ultimately used in the making of tractors, scooters and bicycles seats.
