Till date, JRG Automotive Industries has installed 100 all-electric machines ranging from smaller tonnage of 30T to higher tonnage of up to 3500T, with a diverse product portfolio of more than 250 products varying from small clips to DAB covers to bumpers. All its paint-shops are systematically planned to paint over 25,000 parts per day, thereby giving the company an unparalleled edge over its several counterparts. Moreover, JRG Automotive Industries dedicates bays and manpower to every customer. The company has developed a dedicated plant with dedicated machines for each product along with fixed manpower as per the set code of machine quality standards to attain zero defects and has successfully achieved the ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification. “When someone else’s life is on the line, the scope to go wrong dissipates.
