With increasing awareness about oral hygiene, customer expectations from oral care product manufacturers are rising. At the same time, the shift to environment friendly ways is becoming more and more imperative. Hence, innovation coupled with environmental consciousness is going to be the key driver to meet the continuously changing consumer habits. However, driving innovation with regard to ease-of-use of oral care products and ensuring sustainable manufacturing is a challenge yet to be surmounted.
Making it possible is Jewel Consumer Care which has been at the forefront of revolutionizing oral care deliverability through innovation and sustainability. This is backed by its two decades of unparalleled experience in manufacturing oral care products. Even as the oral care industry is going through a transition, Jewel continues to be the preferred partner in delivering innovative oral care and household hygiene solutions.
“Jewel was the first one to launch bamboo toothbrushes for a major global brand which is a genuinely sustainable option along with sustainable packaging. There are many other innovations with industry accreditations like being the first FSC approved oral care company,” says Mrs Geeta Goradia, Managing Director at Jewel Consumer Care.
“The key to this success is the system driven approach followed by a very motivated and experienced team led by me and the innovation business model built which is agile, ontime and flexible. The innovation is led by the father-son duo partnership in our business,” she adds.

products which meet the sustainability criteria. Other than Oral care products, Jewel has launched a huge portfolio of household cleaning products under a different business named York, which is a Polish brand. These operations have seen tremendous growth in the past two years, wherein, they are scaling operations in 2022 to produce all of the products in-house for the Indian and overseas market.
