The company’s manufacturing facility is OBP Certified, GRS, OEKA Certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 15270 compliant having an annual production capacity to produce 60000 MTRPSF.

packaged drinking bottles. With a strong network across India, we procure the raw material through our channels, wherein, they collect and bring bottles to our recycling facility based out of Surat. The Polyester Staple Fiber that we produce is the basic raw material to manufacture yarn, fabrics and garments”, says A.P. Singhal, Director at JB Ecotex.
Environmentally Conscious
As an environmentally conscious company, JB Ecotex facilities are zero water discharge facilities. The entire water consumed for the recycling PET bottles is processed and reused for the process itself. Furthermore, the company has 1.2 MW Solar rooftop and 2.1 MW Windmill installations for power generation. With this, 40 percent of the power requirement is met through renewable power generation. Currently, the turnover of the company is about INR 450 crores per annum. The company has been consistently innovating and integrating technologies to produce valuable products from different types of non-renewable wastes.
With the brand name 'ReNAYA' company aims to manufacture new recycled items from plastic waste that match or exceeds the quality standard of virgin plastic products and have successfully introduced the brand 'ReNAYA' having wider acceptability in the market.

With its new initiative 'Nirmal Vasundhara Pvt Ltd', company is working for plastic waste management and to increase the collection of plastic waste which can be recycled. With its high end technology and wide collection network, it helps manufacturer and brand owners reduce plastic footprints thereby enabling them to fulfill Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
“Going forward, we are also coming up with two new projects to produce PET Sheet for food packaging from the waste PET bottles and to produce PET granules through chemical recycling technology for POY, FDY and other filament yarn production and for BOPET Film production. These two new infrastructural development projects are under way, and very soon we will start the commercial production”, concludes Singhal.
