The Journey
Established in the year 2017 in Aurangabad, Bolzen & Mutter began its journey as a manufacturer of special fasteners, special bolts, and various types of nuts in all automobile, electronic and electrical sectors. “We decided to establish 'Bolzen & Mutter India' in October 2017 and commenced commercial activities in January 2018. Based on our short- and medium-term business plan, we were approved a term loan by one of the leading banks in the country. However, the delayed disbursement of loan resulted in cascading delay on procurement of machinery and order delivery which adversely impacted our first year’s performance,” explains Hemant.
“After having the infrastructure in place, we aggressively pursued business development in automobile & ancillary sector around the regions of Aurangabad, Pune, and Nashik. Owing to the persistent efforts of our team, we successfully grabbed orders from numerous clients that include Varroc Engineering Limited, Rucha Engineering Pvt Ltd, Minda Corporation, Daebu Auto, Seat India Pvt Ltd, BGLin Ltd, Prabha engineering Pvt Ltd, TKE components Pvt Ltd (CAHORS GROUP) and many more in Automobile. Airtel, Sun Tv, Tata sky, dish tv and D2H in electronics, and PME Auto Electrical Private Limited in Solar as the company is exporting worldwide giving us opportunity to explore the Global market, are few of our valuable clients,” adds Hemant.

Considering the new development and orders in hand Bolzen is setting a target of 2.25 crore per month for the year 2022-2023.

Hemant is a Postgraduate in Human Resource Management & Graduate in Science & Mathematics. In the second phase of his professional journey, Hemant turned entrepreneur and started his own business in manufacturing healthcare products and has a proven track record of successfully running medium-scale businesses.
He has been associated with Chaitanya Industries for the last nine years and has led this business as CEO. Chaitanya Industries is into manufacturing and selling of Industrial and Automobile Fasteners. Over the last nine years, he has acquired domain knowledge in the chosen segment.
