Caprofat Foods is cooking food as per well-defined SOPs. The firm processes it by keeping the food product in freeze drying machine for a slow and long period (almost 8-12 hours depending on food type). In this, the food is brought down to-42 degree Celsius and complete moisture is extracted out of the food. Post this, the trained staff team packs the food in a controlled temperature room. Since there is no moisture in the food, it doesn’t contaminate and remains good for a longer period. Since this complete process is done in very low temperature, the taste, color, aroma and nutritional value of food remains intact. To eat, all one needs to do is open the packet, add some hot water to it, keep it covered for 4-5 minutes and the food is good to eat.
