We’ve added many layers of QC into the whole process. I test-ride every fresh batch of stock even before my boys do. If a customer has a bone to pick with us, we have a dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to serve the customer post the sales."

Though Svitch was established in 2019, just before the pandemic, the brand has managed to make an impact in the segment in a short span of 3-4 years.
