Additionally, since 2017, Shanta Farms has been researching the health advantages of moringa for humans because they are aware that it contains a wealth of essential vitamins and minerals that can boost immunity, weight, and height. Its leaves include calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids that aid in muscle building, the healing of more than 200 ailments, and contains seven times as much vitamin C as an orange and 15 times as much potassium as bananas", shares Pallavi Vyas, Managing Director, Shanta Farms.
