The journey began with leading the team that developed wayfinding signage for the Delhi Metro.
"Our design intervention spans offline/ online from the moment a passenger decides to travel, encompassing online bookings, station architecture, amenities, and even the onboard experience. Its team can design varied touch points like station architecture, onboard experience, rail coaches, catering services, ticketing machines, furniture, wayfinding, and digital interactions with the goal of improving travel experience. “Sarg, through research has identified 10 principles to build user-centric transport solutions. Among the principles are studying user personas, user journeys, and touch point identification, creating a differentiated value proposition,” explains Yogesh.

Sarg Design Studio has developed thorough processes to improve customer experience at various touch points. The firm has developed special tools such as a Service Design Framework to understand client’s businesses, operations, and end users. "To start with, we determine the concept via workshops followed by lateral exploration. We also use standardized templates and processes to create designs customized for each customer," Elaborates Yogesh.
