Dr. Pragat continues, “I had been curious on the
product delivery process reaching the end-clients. Gradually, I realized that delivering a product from the manufacturer to the end client is an elaborate and diverse industry which I wanted to be a part of. The technological advancements, problem-solving approach needed to thrive in this industry excited me the most and I craved for positioning Samarthya as a logistics problem solver. In 2018, we had an opportunity to solve a logistical problem for a major tire manufacturing company, and I pursued them to grant us the scope. We started with that order with a Rs.3 crore monthly turnover and converted it into Rs.10 crore monthly market for our clients in three years. We consider ourselves as learners and pay attention to the learning curve, which has expanded our client base gradually in pharmaceuticals and FMCG sector”.

Dr. Pragat says, “In the coming five years, we are determined to acquire larger and better delivery vehicles which include loaders, carts, and more. In the future, we are planning to expand our warehousing space to 50,000 Sq. ft and have also planned to invest Rs.20 million as a strategic investment for achieving all its objectives".
