Preeti’s Kitchen equipped with German Technology, use freeze drying process which involves freezing the product, creating vacuum and then removing ice by sublimation. Which decreases the weight by upto 90 percent making it extremely travel friendly. After dehydration the food is kept and packaged in dedicated packaging
rooms where temperature and moisture controlled in order to maintain its freshness and nutrition value. The dehydration process takes place under careful observation of experts. The whole process takes 4-5 days. The dehydrated food remains fresh for six months and can easily be stored in any cupboard or suitcase.
