Flagship Offerings
Blaer Intelligent Control System (BICS) is the brain of both SPA, a patented plug-in parallel hybrid system focused to deliver best in class performance and fuel efficiency; and SHPA, a patented series hybrid technology which is based on BH02 platform. BICS has relatively new class ICs that can save significant engineering expenses. Its superior control system monitors and controls the vital parameters of the vehicle ensuring safety and reliability. “Our controllers provide high level functions, it is an AI enabled device and is paired with the mobile application that automatically fine tunes the vehicle according to the vehicle ride and handling analysis. In the future, it is possible that we will see the role of BICS in every transport vehicle,” adds Abinesh.
With Blaer’s SPA, an electric motor is coupled with the ICE in such a way that the vehicle can be driven by ICE or electric motor individually and also combining the engine and the motor. The engine and motor is designed as a single system using BLAER’S unique hybrid design architecture (BH01) that allows either motor to power the vehicle or engine to power the vehicle or both can simultaneously power the vehicle delivering extreme performance.
SHPA on the other hand is a series hybrid technology focused to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. In this system, the prime mover is an electric motor and ICE acts as a generator to drive the motor and alternately also recharges the battery.
End-to-End Solutions
Blaer provides an end-to-end support from benchmarking, sourcing of the core components, supply of the Blaer Inteligent Control System (BICS) and technical support during pilot production, testing and homologation. It also provides the entire drivetrain system as a module which can be directly integrated into the production line.
