A4CONSERV was the brainchild of Anupama, who has over 15 years of experience in the health and education sectors and is a UNICEFcertified counselor for early childhood programming. Ajay, a finance and strategy consultant with over two decades of successful experience with MNCs and have mentored numerous start-ups nationally and assisted in fundraising. As a PPP and sustainable professional, he offers consulting services to various clients and believes in circular economy.

A4CONSERV offer, EdTech, is the heart of this innovation: AARSHI, a free education app, provides educational consulting and online classes. AARSHI's LMS and ERP services create a comprehensive learning cycle management system for educational institutions (KG to PG), corporations (KMS) and government agencies. "Our USP is EdTech, which provides free education, from KG to PG level, all under one umbrella. This holistic platform includes coding classes, general pedagogy, livelihood options, and an integrated job portal, facilitating career opportunities for qualified individuals. Under healthcare, we have RPMS (remote patient monitoring system), to ensure healthcare reaches every doorstep. As for waste management, we have initiated projects in collaboration with the CIFA and Mukhya Mantri Krishi Udyog Yojana (MKUY) a Govt. of Odisha Initiative, Education platform is getting recommended for implementation in other states of India and Japan (in Collaboration with Chandrasekhar Academy (Kyoto, Japan), in compliance with UNSDG", mentions Dr. Anupama.
Overcoming Challenges
A4CONSERV has faced challenges, especially while advocating for free education in a commercialized education landscape. Yet, they've successfully implemented AARSHI in several schools in Odisha and are actively pursuing partnerships with other state governments to promote free education. A4CONSERV's mission is sustainable education and achieving net-zero carbon education. Their commitment extends beyond education, encompassing mobile and electronic gadget recycling, which is reinvested as scholarships for students. Additionally, they've signed projects with 12 SHGs in Odisha under the Swachh Bharat Gramin and MKYU to enable these groups to embark on a sustainable journey, creating animal protein and improving overall health.
Dr. Anupama concludes, "A4CONSERV's short-term goals are creating free education and multiple waste management units in Odisha. A4CONSERV's expansion plan includes 100 waste management units and 10,000 jobs in Odisha through waste management creating Zero Carbon Panchayats and a quality education platform. Our vision is to champion women's empowerment, set up coaching centers, and encourage women who are not able to go out for livelihood to create content. In the next five years, we aim to create 10,000 direct and indirect jobs for Odisha and other states."
