Envision Energy and Serentica Renewables will work together to deliver and commission wind turbine generators for a 350 MW wind park in Maharashtra. Serentica Renewables is a decarbonization platform devoted to speeding the energy transition for energy-intensive sectors. The project is anticipated to be essential to Serentica's efforts to meet India's decarbonization objectives and deliver sustainable energy to industrial clients.
Envision Energy will supply 106 units of its cutting-edge EN156/3.3 MW Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) for the wind park. These turbines, which have rotor diameters of 156 metres, hub heights of 140 metres, and rated capacities of 3.3 MW, have a successful track record in China and Vietnam and were especially created to work as well as possible under the wind conditions of India.
The 350 MW wind farm is anticipated to provide 1.25 billion clean energy units annually once it is operational. According to projections, the project will stop the annual release of 1.06 million tonnes of CO2. The wider Serentica plan, which calls for the development of a 4000 MW total renewable energy capacity, includes the wind farm in its entirety. Before December 2024, the project is expected to be put into operation.
CEO of Serentica Renewables Mr. Akshay Hiranandani stated, "We are pleased to cooperate with Envision on this significant renewable energy project. This partnership is a significant investment in the economic and environmental future of our planet. We are sure that Envision will contribute significantly to our plans for growth.
