Could you give a brief account about Impactware Technology Solutions (Goego) market?
Impactware Technology Solutions is an electric vehicle charger manufacturing startup that provides charger products and services under it’s brand Goego, offering end-to-end business solutions in the EV Ecosystem. Headquartered in Pune, we started our journey by exploring alternative approaches to lower carbon emissions in internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. We are well-placed to meet the increasing demand for charging services as more electric cars join the roads.
We have made substantial investments in developing comprehensive technology platforms in India, creating technology that is agnostic of the vehicle company. We handle the entire process of hardware design and development in-house. Additionally, we run a well-established software division in India, crafting and internally hosting all our cloud applications. The affirmation from our customers boosts our confidence, signifying that our services stand out amidst the current market offerings. In addition, our extensive range of business-oriented charging solutions provides numerous benefits, including cost optimization, equipment safety, protection against power fluctuations, and fast charging to maximize return on investment.
What are the major factors that set you apart from other players in this segment? What major milestones has the company achieved since its inception?
Initially, our debut at Plugfest in 2020 was a pivotal moment, as we immersed ourselves in the global landscape of EV charging technology. The subsequent successful testing of our initial prototype with both Hyundai and Tesla EVs underscored the reliability and adaptability of our solution. The turning point for the company came with the first order from HPCL, marking a significant milestone in our journey. With this momentum, we rapidly expanded our reach, solidifying our position in the EV charging market across more than five Indian states.

In year 2021, we inaugurated a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Aurangabad, where we successfully developed our charging stations namely Albatross Series, Eagle Series and Falcon Series. Goego's customer base has expanded in the last 2 years to where they today supply their EV chargers and services to the largest EV infrastructure providers in India. Recently, we have also piloted a Fast EV Charging Park on the Mumbai-Bangalore highway, featuring our DC fast charging stations as India’s first managed service offering on Highways. Since our inception, we’ve sold close to 2000 EV chargers to various CPOs, Educational Institutes, Corporate Offices, etc. This journey reflects not only our technical prowess but also our swift growth and impact in the industry.

What is the future roadmap of your company? Are you working on any innovations in your products portfolio?
As we can clearly witness that the electric vehicle sector is thriving and the growing number of environmentally conscious consumers underscores the need for expanded EV infrastructure to facilitate the transition to sustainable mobility. We are actively developing IPs for our chargers and plan to persist in this endeavor. Moving forward, our aim is to further enhance the customer experience focusing on high availability and reliability of EV charging in India. Additionally, we are also targeting to establish a robust vendor and supplier base in the country. Today our chargers are fully indigenous and are locally manufactured in India. Ultimately, we strive to become the hassle-free sustainable choice for a million people, sharing our passion for a greener planet through an accessible, intelligent and reliable EV charging network.
