V Con Movers has also experienced rapid growth during the pandemic, due to the surge in the transportation of medicines and essentials. Starting with just two vehicles, today the firm has more than 100 Double Genset featured BSIV/BSVI vehicles with all the latest technologies.Over the years, V Con Movers have earned a loyal base of clients mostly solely based on positive word of mouth.
“Our operation cycle, over the course of time has become streamlined with effective use of technology, software & well-trained staff. A driver and cleaner are assigned to each of the vehicles and are hired after prior background checks. There is a training body at V Con Movers that provide training to the drivers on various aspects such as road safety, regulations, and so on. “All the vehicles are GPS enabled and we can live-track them from the office. We also give our clients access to live-track the vehicles on their own in case of inquiry”, states Satish.
Coming to future roadmaps, Sanjana Khanvilkar, daughter of the founder of the firm, Satish Khanvilkar, has been recently promoted to the position of a Partner at the firm after being a part of the company & working from ground up since 2016. With the fresh approach of this partnership, VCon Movers has set multiple short term & long-term goals to take the company to newer heights. “We are planning to establish a fleet of 150 vehicles by 2025. Keeping up with current market demands, we also have a date set to launch & branch out to having reefer vans on road by September 2022. With the development of technology, we are incorporating latest technology of GPS, Genset tracker, Geo fencing, and more. to all of our vehicles”, concludes Sanjana Khanvilkar.
