“In the initial years, we had a completely manual plant which was very challenging as it also led to chemical wastage and human errors. But In 2010, we did improvisation and shifted to semi automatic or rotomatic plant and then, in 2018 we installed a fully automatic line with automated chemical dosing systems, data recording, SCADA system, IGBT rectifiers and much more”, says Yitesh Satija, Managing Director. This also not only lead to increase of productivity and much improved quality but also minimized the chances of human errors and chemicals wastage. Technoshine also works under technical collaboration with NOF Metal Coatings Group Asia Pacific Japan for Zinc Flake Coating - GEOMET and also is AAA certified electroplating supplier by ATOTECH Germany.

Apart from fully automated lines, Technoshine has also started providing Zinc flake coating which is the latest coating in the market and is environmentally friendly. It is mainly being used by the automotive, Railways and the solar industry in the country. The firm strives to adhere to environment friendly industrial plating standards and hopes to attain a green operating environment. To ensure this, the organization makes sure that all the plating chemicals used in the production processes are supplied by leading international plating chemical suppliers. In addition to this, it also has a separate area for chemical storage and an automated dosing system of chemicals in the bath.

Under the dynamic leadership of Ved Prakash Satija, Vikesh Satija and Yitesh Satija, Technoshine has focused on addressing the needs of the customers and in creating a healthy and safe environment for all the stakeholders. “With five facility centres in Faridabad, each performing different kind of coating, Technoshine has increased the volume of Zinc Flake Coating from 200 tons per month to 500 tons per month and has managed to obtain the approval of OEMs like Ducati, JCB, Tesla, BMW, Honda, Fiat, Tata, Claas and ford to name a few of our clients”, shares Yitesh. In the future, Technoshine wants to keep growing and aims to set up a new electroplating line with the latest technology and facilities for expansion of their capacities.
