The engineering sector is the largest of the industrial sectors in India. It accounts for 27 percent of the total factories in the industrial sector and represents 63 percent of the overall foreign collaborations. The demands of the automotive industry are increasing as India is gaining pace in the manufacturing sector owing to the changes in western policies. Simultaneously the government has made significant investments in infrastructure, which are fuelling growth in India's manufacturing sector. There are a lot of new companies making their way into the Defence Sector and Aviation/Aerospace component manufacturing sector as a result of its rapid expansion. Sunrise Toolings established in 2007 is on a mission to assure innovative and cost effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Today, increasing productivity, lowering the cost per component, and finding creative solutions are the three main challenges that come up simultaneously as a result of growth in the tooling industry. Consumers are now searching for a solution provider rather than a supplier of high-quality items. “We have in our basket, world-class products and most importantly trained manpower who can understand the customers’ requirements, select the right tools and deploy them at parameters that will lead to the desired result for the customer.
We work very closely with our customers on specific projects and we then share the results with the customers which are quantifiable”, says Sanjay Kulkarni.
Sunrise Toolings offers a wide range of products and these cover most of the requirements of any CNC, VMC, or HMC machine shop. “Major products that we offer are industrial cutting tools like CBN, PCD and Carbide Inserts, Round Tools like Taps Drills, Special Tools, Milling Cutters, and Bandsaw Blades. We also offer holders and coolants, rust preventives and in-process cleaners. We represent the best of the companies, with a global presence in this field and hence the products are world-class. Added to these we also offer some capital equipment Like Tool Presetters, Shrink Fit Machines, Inventory management systems, Static Voltage Stabilisers, Indexers, Grippers, Pneumatic Clamps and End effectors for Robotic tooling”, briefs Sanjay Kulkarni.
