The Packaging division offers flexible protective packaging with air cushions, paper pads, PU foam packaging systems, loose-fill packaging materials, and their integration into existing packaging processes,” states Paban Kumar Prasad, Director, Storopack India.
Authenticity in Product Line
The PAPER plus protective packaging variant offered by the company has been appreciated by a wide range usage of ecofriendly solutions in different sectors of the industry. It consists of classic paper cushioning system and is the ideal protective packaging solution for heavy weight products. With paper pads made of two ply paper, even heavy products can be securely blocked and braced in cartons and cushioned all around. At the press of a button it produces robust, tear resistant but also flexible and highly malleable paper cushioning.

The FOAMplus variant by Storopack India produces foam packaging bags at the touch of a button which adapt specifically to the contours of the packaged goods. After entering the market the company detected that when it came to foam packaging, it wasn’t getting used in the right places. It targeted the right products for foam packaging and converted them to clients. “Foam plus Bag Packer features a userfriendly display screen, where one can adjust the size and fill volume of the bag program bag sequences, and store defined packaging sizes in the system,” states Paban.
The third variant in Storopack India’s product portfolio is AIRplus. A variety of pillow shapes can be produced as required directly at the packing station therefore saving valuable storage space. The range includes four different film types: Prepackaged products that can be ideally blocked and braced in the carton with Air plus Void, as the large air pillows optimally fill the void.
Shaping the Future Ahead
Storopack India has been very successful with its tie-ups in the private sector of the country and is also trying to work in several government projects. Recently, the company got invited to one of the defence exhibitions of the country which was dedicated to promote green company, Paban concludes, “We want to expand our ecofriendly packaging products in the years to come.”
