Engineering with Post Graduation in Business Management, Diploma by ILO Association, Japan and Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety. He has worked in companies like Bajaj Auto Limited, Pune & Aurangabad, Hero Honda Motors Limited, Haryana, Bharat Forge Limited, Pune in India and Honda Motors, Japan, National Factory for Air Conditioners, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Al Yanabi, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Mahatma Gandhi Mission, Navi Mumbai and PowerMaster Limited, Navi Mumbai, India.
The Growth Story
Smartest Consultancy was started by Taklikar with certification from the Government of Maharashtra and in 2009, he received the required certifications from the Government of India and started operations outside Maharashtra. The clients with whom the company started operations are still there with Smartest. This has been one of the mottos of Taklikar behind the ideation of the company which was to gain complete trust of clients. The company now operates across India and has executed a lot of projects partnering with some of the big names of the industry. Currently, it is in charge of the engineering audit for the Bangalore metro project that is being executed by L&T.
