In one case one of our customers wanted a different type of Test which was available locally only one of the Govt. Operated Laboratories, but the lead times required were so high that the there was a production hold at customer end and we were contacted to help through with the situation. We immediately visited the customer and did a thorough study of what exactly the requirements were, where in we noticed the requirements of customer were completely different than what the actual reason for the holdup was. We educated the customer regarding the exact requirements and only minor tests were necessary for material to conform to specification and then the customer could proceed with production. This helped both us and the customer to keep up with his production requirement and also gave us the benefit of being the primary contact of the customer for any service that they may require”.
