How has the company's journey progressed since its inception, particularly in terms of client acquisition and geographical expansion?
Pavai has been operating in the geotechnical field for the last 20 years. However, in the recent 3-year period, our growth trajectory has shifted significantly as our focus aimed at ascending the value chain to better serve the industry.
Whereas our revenue was entirely derived from sub-contracting orders until 2020, the majority of our current revenue originates from direct contracts with Government departments. Presently, our primary service is for railway units and Border Roads Organisation units. Additionally, we have an order book of substantial value to be executed for the FY 2024-25. Our geographical presence has encompassed the entirety of India and Bhutan.
