Vikas is a BE in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Stuart School of Business, Chicago, USA. He has worked with P&O Nedl loyd now AP Moeller-Maersk, a container shipping behemoth in USA, UK and Australia before coming back to India for family business in 2003. Not relenting after assuming the mantle, Vikas went on to start his own business of pharmaceutical packaging and raw material exports in 2005 in the name of parent company, Neelam Global Pvt. Ltd.

In 2014, he set up a state-of-the art plant in Bhiwandi for manufacturing aluminium foils for pharmaceutical industries. NGPACK since then has prided itself on having the best-in industry technology and environment where the production and finishing is done through HEPA filter technology. All products undergo stringent quality testing with NGPACK’s inhouse QC Lab. In addition to that, the company follows systematic verification and validations of process at each stage through BPR (Batch Processing Records). “We have undergone stringent audits and have ISO 9001:2015 and US DMF certification for all our products. We are now preparing for undertaking certifications of ISO 15378 and ISO 22000,”reveals Vikas.
