Founder of this engineering firm, is a mechanical engineer by profession, specialized in structural engineering. Having 10 plus years of solid work experience in core engineering field ( oil & Gas ) and having worked with reputed client like Halliburton, Schlumberger, MI – SWACO, Expro, the founder gained hands on experience in engineering design, detailed engineering. This led to setting up own team in Kerala, giving professional service to client.
“We provide services from Approvals, civil design, steel design, steel manufacturing, erection, civil foundation, electrical design, electrical execution, i.e. all work till handing over. Our clients can fully depend on us on all the activities. We have a good experienced team of Structural engineers, Civil engineers, Modellers, designers and are fully equipped in-house team engineering and project team,” says Aparna Nair, Director.

Achieved Milestones and the Road Ahead
Montgolfier started with great struggles in the initial days. Setting up a company, paying regular salary, maintaining team is very difficult, even when they didn’t have much jobs / Projects in hand. For the directors, the transformation from being an employee to employer was huge. Making end to end meet those days was itself a project to plan.
The company struggled financially, for infrastructure, for setting up team. In the initial year they just had a turnover of 10 Lakhs But looking back those days laid a strong foundation for the company.
“The struggles we have gone through made us strong as formed steel now. We took time to meet all clients, we took chance of all leads we got, we worked together to bag orders both big and small and now we are heading towards our 3rd year, with a projected turnover of 20 Crore by 2021,” concludes Jitesh.
