Within the plastic division, a great variety of innovative packaging pouches from 3D and 4D pouches, pouches with membranes, zipper and pocket zippers to all sorts of recyclable and biodegradable laminated films and Holographic Spot Films are manufactured. In addition, a separate division of a barrier film where Montage produces high and ultra-high barrier films with superior moisture barriers and gas barrier laminates. Overall, Montage Group’s paper and plastic division combined together converts approximately 90,000 tons of flexible packaging every year.

In India Montage first started out its operations with a single factory in Malanpur, and at present, the group has 4 other state of the art manufacturing units in Noida, Haridwar, Silvassa and Jammu. Innovation is something which is always a continuous process, and the team at Montage is always keen to venture into new technologies in the Packaging domain. In the previous year, the group procured an extensive project on sustainability and circular economy. The group is also heavily investing on polymer structures and biodegradable enzyme-based technologies wherein enzymes are converted into plastic manure with the help of bacteria.
Further down the line, Montage is working towards bringing NOD Lines - which is a machine-oriented direction of Polyethylene Films.
