The Growth Story
JB Power was established in 2018 with a single project of 250MW with 2IPP. As a consequence of the pandemic, it had to recalibrate its operation and utilize the time to develop the best technologies and get acquainted with major international corporations for providing world-class energy solutions in India. JB Power partnered with three major multinational renewable energy pioneers and will soon launch some of their energy solutions customized to Indian market requirements. JB Power will be launching an Ocean Hybrid platform which will be the first of its kind in India and is expected to be immensely popular due to the huge Indian Coastlines. The platform will have Solar panels and Wind turbines at the top and Hydro turbines at the bottom level.
Girish concludes, “We are in the pipeline of 3000MW projects, and by 2025 we will be achieving 10GW. We have just entered a 702MW of renewable power project for some PSUs. We will be completing a 5GW project for a big conglomerate by the end of 2021. We are always working on innovative solutions that exceed client expectations rather than focusing on orthodox measures of the renewable energy sector”.
