Since HSE RM Solutions started with Consultancy Services, the core leadership team decided to build the entire system on-premise rather than providing individual services to the organization, which is exorbitant. So they developed Dedicated Resource Solution (DRS) service, which is a unique set of services provided for the organization of all sizes. The primary aspect of DSR was to provide an affordable solution to the smaller organization.
HSE RM Solutions started giving the solutions under the DRS, wherein it not only deputes a dedicated resource for the organization, but also develops their documentation, SOPs, protocols, and more. Significantly, when an organization opts for an automation solution or software solution, which is very expensive until one has an internal system developed they cannot directly process any product. So, in recent times the firm also started developing a dashboarding application that will be a completely customized application for any organization.

“Majorly we focus on risk assessment, delivering quality service at affordable prices and affordability was the major chunk of goal that we wanted to establish so that the customers’ overall ROI is lower,” signifies Piyush.
In the realm of training, HSE RM Solution has recently developed its own online E-learning application, with all courses based on national and international standards ranging from 500 to 5000 rupees, as opposed to courses ranging from 50,000 to one lakh rupees in the industry. HSE RM Solution firmly believes that knowledge should be affordable, and has developed the E-learning application with the core purpose of imparting good training at affordable prices. Currently, Piyush Tripathi has created his YouTube channel, wherein he uploads a lot of theory videos in a systematic order of the course that can be provided free and is some integral information which is available on the E-learning platform so that people can get most of it.
