Before initiating his own company, he worked 9 to 5 for Asian paints, which is when he realized his real call was something else. In the year 2000, he got ahead with his own company to break and rules and build up his empire. Upender states, “I have started Cold Care which provided complete Turnkey solutions for the concept to commissioning of Cold storages. We were the first company in the country to have had constructed the steel-supported racking cold storage with the EPS panels of 15 meters of height single leaf panel. It was awe-struck to the majority of the players who are at the time currently working on the construction of the cold storages.”

Completing the first project took Upender’s motivation to the next level, and he was all set to make history. Cold Care services completed its second project in less than 90 days, 89 days to be precise. This happens to be a record in the Indian food industry, and that is it. The founder’s hard work paid him off! Since then, the company has established more than 100 massive cold storage facilities, and that is how Upender made Cold Care a supreme player in the industry. Upender emphasizes, “Before getting into the action, we first understand the clients’ requirements.
