The planning activities were taken in hand after one year. During the whole year, people were extremely tired and as a result, hesitation towards the implementation of TP Schemes was observed in the early stage of TPS planning. To make them understand the TPS, a short movie was developed and tried to explain the benefit of TPS to the stakeholders through this 3D movie animation, due to which all landowners agreed to have a wellplanned core area of the city. Preparation of this 3D animation movie was not part of the RFP but for implementation of the project, it was required to convince the people of Anjar.”
