Vinod Tiku, with decades of unrivalled experience, has been instrumental in DCC's growth. He is a civil engineering graduate of the 1971 batch from Regional Engineering College - Kurukshetra, now known as NIT Kurukshetra, with 45 years of experience gained while serving the State Government of J&K for 14 years and a top-tier real estate company in India for 26 years. In 2013, the All India Conference of Intellectuals bestowed upon him the title of 'UP Ratan' in recognition of his contributions to housing and urban development in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The overall competencies in the field of real estate development and infrastructure development include almost every aspect of project selection, feasibility, construction, and overall project management.
