Highly Motivated Core Team
The management team is made-up entirely of expert engineers and metallurgists with 20-25 years of experience in large-scale industries. The team includes D K Salunkhe, who is an engineering graduate and a postgraduate in materials with experience in companies such as Kirloskar, Greaves, and Force Motors. Dr. Ganesh Lohar is the General Manager and a postgraduate in metallurgy and a PhD in materials. The company has a deeper understanding of what customers want because its MD has spent 16 years in customers’ chairs and is now working as a customer representative in the company.
Deck India Engineering plans to launch in several areas, as the heat treatment business is expected to grow by 10-15 percent annually.
