Large industries and MSMEs often grapple with complex statutory laws and regulations, where non-compliance can lead to significant penalties and reputational harm, hampering their growth. In response, Comply Well Tech Solutions (CWTS) excels at creating advanced, technology-driven e-compliance modules, integrating extensive expertise across various compliance domains. Recognizing the dynamic nature of the growing economy and evolving regulations, the company dedicates itself to supporting industries of all scales, playing a pivotal role in enhancing compliance practices.
"Based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, with a co-working space in Bangalore, we were established to streamline regular compliances. The company has implemented significant automation in its services, particularly labor law compliance. Unlike many other service providers in India who still operate manually or claim partial automation, our company has introduced fully automated systems. For instance, our product 'C Qube - Contractors Compliance Check' automates the vendor audit process, drastically reducing the time required to generate audit reports compared to manual methods.
This includes checking statutory parameters such as timely labour license approvals/amendments/ renewals, over time provisions, Weekoff Provisions, National & Festival holiday, salary disbursal, compliance with minimum wages, compliance with workmen compensation, EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus contributions, and records keeping", explains Shankara Pandian, CEO.
