A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the construction of a 1,800 MW solar power plant has reportedly been inked by Rajasthan's government and Rays Power Infrastructure. Three 300 MW projects and one 900 MW project make up the
1,800 MW of renewable energy that the solar park will produce. The official press release states that the total cost of the project is projected to be Rs 9,140 crore. According to Pawan Sharma, Director of Rays Power Infra, "This MoU is an essential step towards an eco-friendly tomorrow, and we are happy to be a part of this endeavour." The MoU will act as a catalyst for the expansion and improvement of our business. According to Mayank Sharma, president of Rays Power Infra, it will establish a single goal for all upcoming partnerships and activities.
"This MoU will produce an atmosphere that is inviting to investors, a market that is always developing, and growth prospects that allow for healthy competition among different firms to advance Rajasthan's economic standing," he continued. A 1.30 GW portfolio has been contracted by Rays Power Infra. In Rajasthan, it is also building massive solar parks that will be used to launch utility-scale and C&I projects.
