Ohmium International, a US-based electrolyser manufacturer said it is collaborating with Amp Energy India, a clean energy independent power producer, to deploy 400 megawatt (MW) of green
hydrogen projects. According to the official press release, the deployments are aimed at mid-sized commercial and industrial projects of 25 MW or smaller and will be installed over the next three years.
“We look forward to showing how our modular, high-volume, low-cost PEM electrolyzers can be deployed effectively and work for mid-sized customers,” said Arne Ballantine, CEO, Ohmium International.
Pinaki Bhattacharya, MD and CEO, Amp Energy India said that this collaboration will help them extend their business offerings to customers thereby providing them with a one-stop-shop for green energy and hydrogen in India.
