FM Nirmala Sitharaman supported PM Modi’s vision for innovation and promised a corpus that will provide up to 1 lakh Cr. INR loans for tech innovations to entrepreneurs with low or no interest rates expanding to a term of 50 years.
FM expressed that it is going to be a golden era for technology in India and the country will witness the emergence of tech-savvy youth population in the coming years. The government will support the young tech entrepreneurs of the country and nurture ideas that will take the country towards the path of further development.
Through this initiative, the BJP led government wants to scale technology research in the country and stay inclusive about it. The development will reach and affect the lives of every citizen of the country.
