CCI Group, a major player in India’s logistics industry, is investing Rs 227 crore to build a massive, top-notch warehouse in Sohna-Silani, Gurugram. Covering about 9.5 lakh square feet, this new facility is set to meet the growing need for high-quality warehousing spaces, especially as e-commerce and industrial sectors boom in the region.
The Sohna-Silani warehouse benefits from its strategic positioning near key roads because Haryana serves as a central logistics center. The facility features multiple practical elements, including 12-meter tall ceilings, together with flat floors for machinery and extensive loading areas, coupled with spacious roads to facilitate truck traffic inside the warehouse. The site represents an excellent pick for businesses to store and transport their goods through its dependable and adaptable storage facilities.
“The demand for institutional-grade warehousing in India is rising, especially in well-connected regions like Haryana. Our Sohna-Silani project reflects both current market needs and our long-term vision for infrastructure-driven growth in logistics,” said Satish Sharma, CCI Group’s Executive Director. The Sohna-Silani warehouse is a major move in CCI Group’s plan to roll out modern logistics hubs across the country, making them a top player in the warehousing game.
This new logistics park is set to put Gurugram even more on the map for businesses in logistics and manufacturing. With its high-tech design and killer location, it’s bound to pull in big names in e-commerce, manufacturing, and supply chains, creating jobs and giving the local economy a nice boost. CCI Group’s hefty investment shows they’re all in on powering up India’s logistics network and helping drive the country’s growth.
