But since there were so few companies manufacturing disposable plastic containers, sales and growth were hampered. The demand for plastic disposable containers evolved and continued to grow beginning in the year 2000, and Hyden has since made steady progress. Its technology evolved from a basic 4-color press to high-quality, high-speed 4- and 6-color presses capable of printing at speeds of up to 250 cups per minute.
The company then progressed to eight color presses with printing speeds of up to 400 cups per minute and is now the country's market leader in this technology.
