Pre-Shipment Inspection

Mill Inspection

machined products, forged products, line pipes, tubes etc. is done by in-house specialist inspectors having hands-on experience and knowledge of inspection of forming, welding, non-destructive testing, machining, coating, storing, loading – unloading and others. For large orders, a team of inspectors is placed in the mill. It is also ensured that the inspection and certification engineers are available at all shifts and in all stages of manufacturing. The tests are controlled as well. Detailed reports are issued for every shift, weekly and completion basis; reports are either manual or computerized.
Shutdown Inspection
GLIS has a dedicated team for shutdown inspection of pipelines, plant and machinery, equipment, Refineries, Petrochemical complex, Fertilizer and other types of units. This includes health assessment with Residual Life Assessment activities. All International standards and good engineering practices like API, Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD) and Client procedure are followed.
