Sanjay says, “Both of us have immense experience in the corporate sector. We have worked for MNCs in India as well as abroad. It was after gaining an experience for more than a decade thatwe decided to step into entrepreneurship as we believed that we had the capability to kick start our own company. So, we became the first company to bring water jet cutting technology to central India. As we operate from Nagpur, first we found out that there is demand for industrial cutting services but no one else had actually taken the initiative to tap into the market. That’s where we decide to step in and provide the services to the required places.”
Growth Story and the Road Ahead
Bramhanee Industries first brought WaterJet cutting machine from South Korea and were able to establish the technology in central India within 4-6 months.Next they brought a specifically configured fibre optic laser cutting machine from China which started to run on full capacity inside 2 months. It prompted them to import another machine having much bigger capacity inside one year. After the brief setbacks faced due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the company was back to running operations smoothly and started serving clients accordingly. It is located at MIDC (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation) and was one of the first companies to resume operations after lockdown. Harish mentions, “Currently, we have one water jet cutting machine, two laser cutting machines, one bending machine and other machines such as MIG welding machine, spot welding machine, counter machine and power press machine.”

The company has HR policies that support the rural sections of the society. It employs educated youth from the rural parts of the country or people who are from a lower middle-class background. Speaking about the future of the company, Sanjay concludes, “We are currently in the process of building a 21,000 square foot of workspace accompanied by 4000 square foot of display which will be finished soon. We will purchase Laser welding machine and other fabrication machines to wider our portfolio of machines and processes which will enable us to offer more fabrication services to our clients.”
