Before joining BNK, he held leadership positions at BLA Power, Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd., Ambuja Cement, and Century Pulp & Paper. The company has facilitated substantial cost savings for its clients through the optimization of services, including the full implementation of biomass burning, saving more than Rs.100 crore through the KAIZEN concept, system modifications, attainment of a PLF of 99 percent and above, and reduction of unburnt carbon in fly ash.
At one of its MNC sites, the company modified the coal size to enhance combustion efficiency, with the resulting finesse utilized in an AFBC Boiler, leading to an annual saving of approximately rupees five crore. Subsequently, the same system was adopted by the MNC at its global sites.
