Sheet Metal Fabrication & Powder coating of Enclosures
UNI-TECH’s Shirwal plant is equipped with state-of-the-art machineries such as for turret punching, bending, shearing machines supported with welding facilities and other accessories. It is equipped with ‘eleven-tank’ powder coating plant to deliver highest quality Enclosures, supported with necessary testing equipment. The company is focusing on mechanical tools and elastomers currently, providing supply of different mechanical equipment, particularly mechanical tools and elastomers including fluoroelastomer.
Speaking on the future expansion plans, Laxman says, “We are aiming for a full-fledged manufacturing unit in Odisha and to expand our unit in order to have a full phased mechanical manufacturing. We intend to create job opportunities and increase our manpower, which will help us expand our manufacturing unit. We also want to reach-out to different customers in different fields. We are supplying to steel plants, power plants, fertilizer industry and Pharma industry. Our aim is to create 100 customers in this financial year”.
