When asked about what are the new market opportunities that they see in the market Neerja Garg, Founder and Creative Head adds “We see three market opportunities with immense potential going forward. The first option with investment where we could set up our own stores on a PAN India level. Currently, we sell through Shop in Shop shelf space but starting our own stores is what we aspire to do in the near future.
The second market opportunity for us is selling more through e-Commerce platforms. With current offering of more than 5000+ active SKU’s, we want to now focus on quality more than quantity. This requires much less investment as well as manpower when compared to the first option. The third one is institutional selling where the products are offered as gifts or for re-use in past few years have worked and created trust with more than 100 Corporate Giants of the country.
These companies have even helped us to avoid the brunt of the economic impact caused by the pandemic as well. Apart from all this, one aspect that we want to reinvent is the way we export as per new Global Scenario where the India manufacturing story is being applauded. Currently, a minor percentage of Turnover is shared by exports, however, Company plans to grow the same in coming years”.
